Payment Methods

Ordering

Availability

Product availability is subject to change. Tone Depot makes no guarantees on product availability shown on the website. If an item is backordered due to an issue with the current stock, we will reach out to you and ask you if you'd like to keep the order on hold or cancel the order.

Product Images

Some manufacturers improve or change their product design but sell that new design under the same model number. Also, finishes and styles can vary. Images are representative and are not always an image of the exact item you will receive.

Shipping Lead Time

Orders will leave the warehouse within the time frame reflected on the product page displayed as "Ships Within X Days". Standard carrier transit times typically range between two to five business days.

Shipping Methods

All available shipping methods for a given item are reflected on the checkout page.

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all orders shipping within the continental US under 20lbs.

  • Please note, if standard shipping is selected this may ship USPS, Fedex, or UPS. If you have specific shipping requirements that cannot accept one of these carriers, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Tone Depot accepts all major credit cards; American Express, Visa, MC, and Discover cards.
  • Tone Depot accepts PayPal.

Privacy Policy

Customer Data

Tone Depot collects and stores customer and account information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to fulfill orders accurately and communicate with you regarding your orders or account.

Use of Cookies

Tone Depot collects and stores cookie data for the purposes of creating a shopping cart and completing an order. Cookie data is not shared with any outside company.

Payment Security

Tone Depot does not store credit card numbers and does not collect or store PayPal login information. We do retain payment tokens issued from our payment processor that can be used for future payments and refunds.

Third Party Data Usage

Tone Depot does not provide customer information or purchase history to any third party except when there is a direct business need. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing address information to an applicable supplier when shipping your order directly from that supplier.

  • Providing profile data to a marketing company for the purposes of research or relevant advertising (for example Facebook).

 

Customer Reviews

Tone Depot will post customer written and video reviews to third party sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. only with consent from the customer. If a customer consents to Tone Depot sharing their review and wishes for the review to be removed from third party sites at a later time, they may request Tone Depot to remove them.

Customers submitting reviews understand that reviews can be viewed by other individuals. Tone Depot recommends not sharing any personal information when posting reviews.

Customer Surveys

Customers who elect to fill out a survey will disclose information about their music background and experiences. Those answers are not disclosed to anyone outside of Tone Depot.

Sales and Use Tax Policy

Tone Depot only collects sales tax on orders shipping to some states. Sales tax is reflected on the checkout page before authorizing payment for an order. If you do not see sales tax assessed on your order, you may be required to remit use tax for the state you are shipping to.

If you are a reseller or non-profit organization exempt from sales tax, please contact us before placing your order.

Accessibility

Tone Depot values the inclusion of all of our customers. We reference the WCAG 2.0 for accessibility guidance. If you find a part of the site that you are having trouble with, please let us know by contacting us.

Price Matching

Tone Depot does not provide a price match guarantee. We certainly welcome price match inquiries and discount requests especially for multiple item orders where shipping may be able to be combined. If you have a price match or discount request, please contact us before placing your order.

Warranties

Tone Depot does not offer a warranty beyond the 60 day return policy. Some products may carry a manufacturer warranty, and we may be able to help facilitate the manufacturer's warranty replacement or repair if applicable. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us before contacting the manufacturer. Please note, Tone Depot makes no determination on whether a product failure is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
