Tone Depot offers a 30-day return window! Read below for information on the process and policies, and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Process

  • Contact Tone Depot to receive authorization and instructions to return your item.

  • Notify Tone Depot as soon as the return is sent back along with the return tracking number if a label was not provided.

  • Refunds are issued within three business days of receiving the return to the payment method that was used on the order. Customers can also request store credit if preferred.

Policies

  • Each return must be authorized before the item is returned as items are sometimes returned to different locations.

  • Return tracking information must be provided to Tone Depot before the item is received back.

  • Tone Depot is not responsible for lost returns, returns sent to the wrong location, or returns that are sent back without prior authorization or documentation of the return tracking number.

  • Items must be returned unused and still sealed in the manufacturer's packaging.

  • Returns must be received back within two weeks after the return is authorized.

  • Return shipping is not covered unless the item is defective or the wrong item is received. If you would like to use our discounted shipping rates and have that cost deducted from your refund, please request a rate quote and label when requesting authorization for your return.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee that will apply to all returns.
